Orders that reach us before the daily cut-off are dispatched the same working day. Anything after the cut-off goes out the next working day. We will confirm the exact cut-off time for your account when you onboard.
We focus on the channels that do not fulfil for you — TikTok Shop, eBay and Vinted — and also support Etsy, Shopify and WooCommerce. If you sell somewhere else, just ask and we will tell you honestly whether we can integrate.
Every order is scanned and checked before it is sealed, which keeps errors rare. On the rare occasion something slips through, we own it — we will sort the replacement quickly and review what went wrong so it does not repeat.
No. Order fulfilment is the core, but warehousing, returns and branded packaging are all optional add-ons. Start with what you need today and layer on the rest as you grow.
